Rates 2007-2008 Season
Our weekly rental rate for our two bedroom condo for 4 guests is shown below. For each extra guest, please add $100 to the rate. Rates include property management services: meeting you with the key; some beer, coke, etc in the kitchen on arrival, maid service once per week including cleaning, fresh towels, beach towels, sheets, etc.

Occupancy is 4 persons. Extra person is $100 week. Maximum Occupancy is 5 persons.
Terms
A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation. Non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
A $300 damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be refunded on last day of stay after a brief inspection.
Tax
All rates are subject to a 12% Mexican tax.
Cancellation Policy

40-59 days prior to arrival - forfeit 25%

22-39 days prior to arrival - forfeit 40%

Less than 21 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100%

Christmas and New Year's weeks, you must cancel before November 1 or forfeit 100%
